Refund Policy

  • We regret to inform you that for returned policy, if it is the quality of the flowers, only a partial refund can be made, as we cannot refund and return postage.
  • All flowers and gifts should be confirmed to be undamaged when harvested before signing for receipt. If you find any problems with the wrong items, please reject them and contact customer service. After confirming that the wrong items are not quality problems after signing, no compensation will be made.
  • There are no two identical flowers blooming in this world, so there is no way to 100% customize exactly the same bouquet.
  • The responsibility of informing the recipient to send flowers/bouquets is borne by the sender;If the bouquet is self-collected by the buyer but delivered to the recipient the next day or later, it is the buyer's responsibility to keep the flowers fresh and we will not be responsible for negligent or mishandled flowers by the buyer. Make sure to store flowers in a cool, well-ventilated place. Buyers must not leave bouquets in any place that may be suffocating, hot, humid and/or in the sun. Please note that no refunds or exchanges are possible.
  • A handling fee may be charged and the amount varies depending on the situation. When charging the handling fee/processing fee, a handling fee is required, otherwise it will not be refunded.
